• Genuine familiarity with online communities relevant to Fenzo's audience, particularly student spaces, educator, professional, or self-learner communities
• Active, genuine presence on platforms like Reddit, Discord, X, or LinkedIn, ideally with a track record of engagement
• Strong written communication skills to write content and initiate outreach in an authentic manner
• Comfortable wearing many hats across community management, content creation, and outreach
