Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TalentHunters, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.

⚠ Pending legal review — State the minimum age and legal-capacity requirements for your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• post fake, misleading, or fraudulent jobs, companies, or profiles;
• request money from applicants or otherwise use the platform for scams;
• harass, discriminate against, or abuse other users;
• scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform;
• upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to share.

Suspected violations can be reported using the in-product “Report” controls and are reviewed by our team.

Employers must provide accurate company information, post only genuine openings, comply with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws, and complete verification where required.

Candidates must provide truthful profile and application information and only apply on their own behalf.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile, CV, company materials). You grant us a limited license to host and display that content as needed to operate the platform. The platform itself, including its software and branding, remains our property.

Core use of the platform is currently free. Paid features may be introduced in future.

We operate a platform that connects candidates and employers; we do not employ candidates and are not a party to any hiring decision or employment relationship.
