Gusto is seeking a Mobile iOS Engineer with 12+ years of experience to help guide mobile efforts and build foundational services in a hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA. The engineer will architect, build, and test Gusto's iOS application, working closely with cross-functional teams across product, identity, security, and infrastructure. Candidates will engage with AI tools and contribute to scaling shared services for a platform supporting over 1M+ monthly active users.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Swift and iOS software engineering
• At least 12 years in mobile software engineering overall
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong cross-functional partnerships
