• Monitor technical developments to contribute to course strategy
• Develop expertise on platform capabilities to guide internal and external authors
• Recommend product features and enhancements, following them through prioritization, design, and implementation
• Contribute to team development activities including recruiting, mentoring new team members, and leading training sessions
